Despite the fact that in the present petition, a prayer is to grant additional attempt to appear in the First Professional MBBS Examination scheduled to commence on 20/12/2025, the petition came to be filed on 18/12/2025.

The petitioner admits that she earlier failed in four attempts, which are the maximum attempts provided to clear the First Professional MBBS Examination. The last attempt, in which, the petitioner failed, was in September, 2025. The petitioner, knowing well that the maximum attempts are four, did not approach this Court immediately after September 2025 and, by filing this petition a day before the examination, is asking for grant of one special additional attempt.

In the circumstances, without hearing the other side, it is not possible to grant such relief. Thus, considering the delay and latches in filing the petition, we are not
