According to him, though the appeal is filed under Maharashtra Village Panchayat Act, same is not decided.

Be that as it may, since a prayer is innocuous, we direct the respondent no. 1 to decide the appeals bearing VPA No. 102/2025-26 and VPA No. 103/2025, in accordance with law, if not already decided, within a period of eight weeks from the receipt of this order. 4.
