The award in respect acquisition of Survey No. 159 was passed on 02.08.2011. There is no averment in the petition about lack of knowledge of passing this award, to the petitioner. The acquisition was under the provisions of National Highways Act, 1956. Section 3-G of the aforesaid Act, deals with determination of the compensation and its disbursement.

The claim in the petition is that the

Order 1401wp279.19 amount illegally disbursed to respondent no.7 be recovered. We do not find any basis in this petition to claim such a relief. Writ Petition is therefore, dismissed. No costs.
