Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner in accordance with law, as the AIIMS i.e. respondent No.1 is covered under Appendix-VI to Central Administrative Tribunal Rules of Practice, 1993 which is relevant for the provisions made in rule 154(b) of the said Rules of Practice, which are brought within the purview of Central Administrative Tribunal under Section 14(2) of the Administrative Tribunal Act, 1985.
