According to him, the directions are required to be given to respondent to take decision on proposal dated 19.05.2023.

He has invited our attention to Page 39 which is proposal dated 19.05.2023, addressed to respondent No.1. Since this proposal is not taken into the logical end, we direct the respondent No.1 to decide the proposal in accordance with law, within a period of ten weeks from the receipt of copy of this order.

The decision taken be communicated to the petitioner within two weeks thereafter.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. 9.

Needless to mention, one of the points which needs to be taken into consideration by the respondent No.1 is the order dated 20.03.2023 in Writ Petition No.4295/2021.
