Prayer made in this petition is regarding direction to respondent No. 1 to comply with order dated 30.7.2016, passed by District Superintendent of Land Records, Chandrapur and allot proper City Survey Number to the petitioner's property situated at Mauza Harpur,Khasara No.4/4, Nagpur. Other consequential prayers are also made. Since prayer is innocuous and as according to the petitioner, order dated 30.7.2016 is still not complied with, we direct respondent No. 1 to act in the light of order dated 30.7.2016, if not already acted upon, in accordance with law, within ten weeks from production of this order. Petition is disposed of accordingly.
