The petition has rendered infructuous at the behest of the petitioner No.2, who is already granted approval as is claimed by the Counsel for the petitioner. 2.

As far as the petitioner No.1 is concerned, the learned Counsel appearing for the respondent - Education Officer informs that the petitioner No.1 has tendered resignation with effect from 29.12.2021 accepting the decision of the Education Officer.

The communication to that effect issued by the petitioner No.1 on 29.12.2021 is taken on record, which is tendered by learned Counsel Mr. Kapgate.

That being so, the petition has rendered infructuous. It is disposed of as such.
