The petition seeks direction to respondent nos. 1 to 5 to conduct a detail enquiry on the illegal appointment said to have been made by respondent no.6. It is also complained that inspite of there been an enquiry report dated 03.12.2018, no action has been taken by respondent nos. 2 to 5.

It is open for the petitioner to file a private complaint in respect of the mis-appropriation or fraud alleged to be practiced by respondent no.6. The

Order 1801wp442.19 petitioner is also at liberty to add respondent nos. 2 to 5 for acting in collusion with respondent no.6, if it is so permissible in law.

We do not find any reason to entertain this Writ Petition. The same is dismissed. No costs. JUDGE JUDGE Rgd.
