Heard learned counsel for the respective parties. 3.
The application is opposed on the ground that if prayer clause is allowed to be added then it will change the nature of petition.

The contention is that the prayer is remained to be amended in the earlier amendment.

Considering the submissions and the fact that this Court vide order dated 20.09.2023 (Coram : A.S. Chandurkar and Mrs. Vrishali V. Joshi, JJ.) has already permitted to amend the body
901 wp4759.19.odt of the petition, only prayer remained to be incorporated we find that the amendment application can be allowed subject to payment of costs. Accordingly, the application is allowed subject to payment of costs of Rs.2,000/- to the High Court Legal Services Sub-committee, Nagpur within two weeks from today. Amendment be carried out within two weeks.

Meanwhile, respondents may file their reply to the amendment, if any.
