By this application, the applicants-respondent nos.1 to 4 are seeking early hearing preferably by fix date. 2.

It is stated by the applicants that the subject matter of the present appeal is covered by the judgment delivered by this court in first Appeal No.422/2019 and in Cross-Objection No.16/2020.
