Gittikhadan Police Station, Nagpur & Ors.) __________________________________________________________________________ Office Notes, Office Memoranda of Coram, appearances, Court's orders of directions Court's or Judge's orders.

and Registrar's Orders.

Shri Deepak s/o Kolba Hedau, petitioner-in-person. Shri M.K. Pathan, APP for respondent No. 1.

.....

CORAM : P.N. DESHMUKH & PUSHPA V. GANEDIWALA, JJ.

AUGUST 14, 2019.

The petitioner-in-person is present in the court and seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to adopt proper recourse to challenge the impugned order dated 02.04.2018 and take further steps, if found necessary to seek compensation.

Considering the prayers in the petition wherein the impugned order is passed by the J.M.F.C., Court No. 10, Nagpur, granting the petitioner transitory remand, we find that against the said order, the petitioner can adopt the recourse of filing revision.

Insofar as subsequent prayer in the

1408cwp1220.18 petition is concerned, we grant liberty in favour of the petitioner for the same, after the proceedings before the competent court are concluded at Punjab.

In that view of the matter, leave as prayed is allowed. Petition stands disposed of as dismissed as allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
