The petitioner intends to file application in order to file appeal against the order passed by respondent No.2. 3.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor Submits that no application was submitted by the petitioner.

Thus, there is statement against statement.

In the circumstances, the purpose of filing petition will be served if respondents are directed to treat present petition as application filed by the petitioner. The same shall be processed in accordance with the Rules.

The respondents shall facilitate petitioner to file appeal under Section 16 of the Maharashtra Prisons (Furlough and Parole) Rules, 2024.

The entire process shall be completed within two weeks from today.
