This is an application for withdrawal of the remaining amount deposited by the Insurance Company in this Court in the appeal which was disposed of in the National Lok Adalat.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for applicants/claimants and the learned counsel appearing for the Insurance Company. There is no dispute that the Insurance Company had deposited 75% amount in this Court. As the appeal is already disposed of, the applicants/claimants are permitted to withdraw the said Kavita
