In short, it is the case of the petitioner that he is subjected to departmental enquiry but the charges cannot be levelled against him. He therefore, preferred an application which is at page 45 dated 3.12.2025 for dropping of certain charges. According to him, the application dated 3.12.2025 has not been decided.

Be that as it may, since the application is preferred on 3.12.2025 and till this date, no action has been taken on the said application by respondent No. 3, we direct respondent No. 3 to decide the application dated 3.12.2025, in accordance with law, within twelve weeks from production of copy of this order. Petitioner undertakes to produce copy of this order before respondent No. 3, within a week. Petition is disposed of.
