Present application is for quashing of First Information Report in connection with Crime No.336/2024 and the consequent proceedings arising out of the same bearing Summary Criminal Case No.280/2025.

Heard learned counsel for the applicants. Perused the charge-sheet wherein, specific allegations are levelled against the present applicants. It further reveals from the First Information Report that they were the members of the unlawful assembly and in pursuance of the common object, they have committed an offence. The statements of various witnesses also reveal the involvement of the present applicants in the alleged incident and therefore, we have shown our disinclination to entertain the application.

In view of that and considering the prima facie material available against the present applicant, the application stands rejected.
