Since the prayer is innocuous, though opposed by the learned AGP, we direct the respondent No.3 to decide application submitted by the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the receipt of copy of this order. 3.

With the aforesaid directions, writ petitions is disposed of. No order as to costs.
