Heard Mr. V. Rodrigues, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner under Legal Aid and Mr. D. Pangam, learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

2. During the course of the hearing of the above petition, Mr. D. Pangam, learned counsel appearing for the respondents has filed an affidavit inter alia disclosing that in the meanwhile the alleged contempt which was pointed out by the petitioner has been purged and the respondents tendered an unconditional apology at para 5 of the said affidavit. Accepting the said apology, we find no reason to proceed with the above contempt petition. But it is clarified that the respondents shall ensure that any further directions issued in the

CP/24/2015 order shall be duly complied with.
