Heard Mr. V. Rodrigues, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. A. D. Bhobe, learned counsel appearing for the respondents.
2. The above petition inter-alia seeks to direct the respondents to release the security deposit in view of the completion of work tendered to the petitioner.
3. Mr Bhobe, learned counsel appearing for the respondents upon instructions states that the security deposit will be discharged/released within three weeks from today. Accepting the said statement, nothing survives in the above petition which stands disposed of accordingly.
