Mr. Faldessai, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions from the Investigating Officer, the representative of respondent no.2, makes a statement that the presence of the petitioners is not required any longer for the purpose of investigation into the complaint, filed by respondent no.4.

2. In view of the statement made, Mr. Ferreira, the learned Counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners do not press the present petition. The same is, accordingly, disposed off. Needless to say that all the contentions of both the sides are left open.
