The learned counsel for the respondent points out that after the dismissal of the application for temporary injunction, which order is subject matter of challenge in this appeal, the suit itself has been dismissed for default and the application for restoration of the suit is pending. In any event, as the suit itself is dismissed in default and on account of the absence of the learned counsel for the appellant, the appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution and as being infructuous, with no order as to costs.
