1. The petition seeks the quashing of the FIR No.142/2023 registered with the Ponda Police Station, invoking Sections 465, 467, 468, 471, 420 of the Indian Penal Code against the petitioners. We are informed by Mr Faldessai, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that 'A' Final Report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate First Class, 'B' Court, Ponda Goa, by final report No.24/2025/B.

The learned counsel for the complainant has produced before 9th July, 2025

WPCR 4 of 2024 us the notice received by him asking him to furnish his say on the final report and we have taken the said notice on record.

2. In the wake of the aforesaid, since nothing survives in the petition for determining the legality of the registration of the FIR involving the petitioners. The petition stands disposed of. NIVEDITA P. MEHTA, J.
