2. Heard Ms. Alvares, the learned counsel for the applicant/proposed intervenor, Mr. Desai, the learned counsel for the original petitioner, Mr. Shivolkar the learned Additional Government Advocate for the Respondent no.1.

3. Taking into consideration the avernments made in the

MCA/51/2019 application for intervention as also the nature of the issues raised in the petition , we allow this civil application in terms of prayer clauses (i) (ii) and (iii).

4. The civil application is disposed off in the aforesaid terms.

5. The learned Additional Government Advocate states that the reply/report will be filed in the course of the day. Copies of the same to be furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel now appearing for the intervenors.
