Date:- 28th September 2017 ORAL ORDER This is an application for bail in anticipation of arrest moved under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C. in the Crime no.312/2017 under Section 420 and 409 IPC based on the complaint of one Mr Shyam Kale.

Shri Mahesh Amonkar, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor submits on instructions that the Applicant had reported at the Police Station on the last date for interrogation and that he had co-operated in the course of investigation. He also further submits that he may be secured with the appropriate relief in this application.

In view of the fair concession made by Shri Amonkar and considering that the offence had arisen almost fours years prior to the registration of the offence, i pass the following :

ORDER

(i) The Applicant is secured with the Order of bail in anticipation of arrest to the extent that in the event of his arrest, he shall be enlarged on bail on executing a personal bond in the amount of `25,000/- and on furnishing one local surety in co-extensive amount to the satisfaction of the IO.

(ii) He shall not intimidate the witnesses and/or otherwise interfere with the course of investigation.

(iii) He shall report to the Police Station for two days w.e.f. 29.09.2017 between 11.00 hours till 13.00 hours.

(iv)In these terms, the application stands disposed off.
