2. According to the applicant compensation is enhanced from Rs.125/- to Rs.1252/- by the learned Reference Court which according to learned Additional Government Advocate is highly exorbitant.

3. After hearing both side, following order is passed:- Execution and operation of the impugned award is stayed till the disposal of the appeal, subject to the condition that the applicant shall deposit in this Court entire amount of the award within a period of eight weeks.
