Heard Mr. Sardessai for the Petitioner, the learned Advocate General for Respondents No.1, 2 and 3 and Ms. Susan Linhares for Respondent No.4.

2. At the very outset, Ms. Linhares, on the basis of the instructions from Ms. Asha Mesta, the Secretary of the Village Panchayat of Chicolna Bogmalo, states that Respondent No.4 will accept the costs of tender forms from the Petitioner today itself and

2 wp1-19-03-01-19 issue to the Petitioner the necessary tender forms.

3. Mr. Sardessai, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner will file the tender forms by tomorrow 11.30 a.m. which is even, otherwise, the time-schedule for receipt of the tender forms.

4. The statement made on behalf of Respondent No.4 is accepted and directions are issued to act accordingly.

5. Since, this was the only grievance in the present Petition, the same stands worked out in terms of the statement made on behalf of Respondent No.4, which has been accepted as a statement made to this Court.

6. The Petition is, accordingly, disposed of in the aforesaid terms. All concerned to act on the basis of an authenticated copy of this order.
