Leave to amend to correct the names of the respondents in MCA No.255/2024. Mr Saudagar, learned counsel for the respondents submits that the correct names will be handed over to the applicants. Amendment to be carried out within a week from today.

Mr Saudagar appears for respondents no.1(b) to 1(d) in MCA No.255/2024. Respondent no.1(a) has expired for which a separate application i.e. MCA No.2398/2024 (F) is filed wherein Mr Saudagar appears for all the respondents. As such, the application is allowed. Consequential amendments to be carried out within two weeks from today.
