This is an application for an early hearing at the instance of the applicant who is the original respondent no.6 in the petition.

All the learned Advocates have no serious objection to the early hearing of the matter and which is justified on the premise that the applicant firm /original respondent no.6 is represented by its partners who are senior citizens of 73 and 95 years age. The circumstances of the case demand grant of an early hearing. In view thereof, the application is allowed.
