After this matter was heard for considerable time, the learned Advocate General appearing on behalf of respondents no.1 to 4 states that the impugned order dated 12.08.2021 appointing respondent no.7 as Assistant Professor at Kala 28th November, 2022

WP 13 of 2022 Academy Goa's College of Theatre Arts, Panaji stands withdraw with immediate effect. Further, learned Advocate General states that this position will be advertised and filled in accord with law as expeditiously as possible and in any case within 6 months from today.

2. According to us, the above statement grants the petitioner the reliefs prayed for by him in prayer clause (a) and (b) of his petition. The relief in terms of prayer clause (c) is only an omnibus relief without any specifics.

3. Accordingly, by accepting the learned Advocate General's statement and requiring all concerned to act accordingly, we dispose of this petition.
