The learned Additional Government Advocate for the applicants submits that all the legal representatives of the deceased are already on record. It is submitted that the delay, which has occurred in bringing the legal representatives of respondent nos. 1(a) and 1(d), is only because the applicants, for the first time on 03.08.2017 came to know from the report of the Bailiff, at the hearing of the appeal. He also submits that respondent no. 1(a) has executed a Will in favour of her nephew, Mr. Savio Fernandes, who is already on record as respondent no. 1(c).

2. For the reasons stated in the application, the delay is condoned. The applicants are permitted to incorporate the legal representatives of the deceased respondent nos. 1(a) and 1(d) on record.

3. The application stands disposed of.
