Heard Mr. Vernekar, the learned Counsel for the applicant.

2. Taking into consideration the statement made today, on instructions, that Rs.20 lakhs will be paid within the allowed stipulated time i.e. on or before 28.01.2020 and further statement that the balance amount of Rs.30 lakhs will be positively paid by 10.03.2020, without seeking any further extension of time for any reason, we extend the time and modify the schedule prescribed in our order dated 17.12.2019.

3. In terms of this extension order, the applicant will have to pay Rs.20 lakhs on or before 28.01.2020 and balance amount of Rs.30 lakhs on or before 10.03.2020.

4. Mr. Vernekar, the learned Counsel for the applicant points out that formal undertaking on affidavit is remained to be filed on account of intervening vacation. Liberty is now granted to file such formal undertaking on affidavit within one week from today. For this, the applicant is at liberty to incorporate this modified time schedule.

5. The Civil Application is disposed off.

6. All concerned to act on the basis of an authenticated copy of this Order.
