2. The other respondents are yet to be served. The learned Senior Counsel submits that they are only formal parties. But the fact remains that they are yet to be served. Ad interim stay has already been granted by this Court on 13/10/2015. Considering all these facts, the application is allowed and the ad interim stay granted on 13/10/2015 is hereby extended till the next date of hearing i.e. 19/01/2016 in W.P.No.796/2015.
