Considering the relief that is now proposed by Mr Ankur Kumar, learned Counsel for the Petitioner, we direct the Municipalities Appellate Tribunal to dispose of Municipal Appeal No. 4/2021 as expeditiously as possible and not later than three months from the date of the production of the authenticated copy of this order.

Mr Ankur Kumar states that the next date fixed before the Tribunal is 6 th June 2023. Accordingly, leave is granted to file an authenticated copy of this order immediately before the Municipalities Appellate Tribunal so that the Tribunal can consider either preponing the date or otherwise can hear the parties on the scheduled date and dispose of the Petition as expeditiously as possible adhering to the outer time limit specified in this order.

The Petition is disposed of in the above terms. It is clarified that this Court has not examined the merits of the matter and therefore, all contentions of all parties are kept open to be decided by the Municipalities Appellate Tribunal on its own merits and in accordance with law.
