Mr Sudesh Usgaonkar, learned Senior Advocate submits that matter is listed for orders/clarification before the Additional Collector, Designated Officer.

2. Learned Addl. Govt. Advocate submits that some calculations are to be placed on record by the petitioner.

3. Learned Senior Advocate disputes this position. In any case, learned Senior Advocate states that all materials have been placed on record and it is for the concerned officer to pass necessary orders. Learned Senior Advocate submits that the petitioner is always willing to cooperate with the authority in the expeditious disposal.

4. Considering the nature of the relief as prayed for and time time 29th January, 2025

WP 36 of 2025 duration for which matter is pending, the Designated Officer is requested to expeditiously decide the application as prayed for in the prayer clause and in any case within a period of 12 weeks from the date this order is placed on record.

5. All objections including objection of the respondents no.3 as to the title of the petitioner over the property in question is kept open.
