By judgment and order dated 18 April 2016, the PILWP No.3 of 2016 was disposed of wherein the statement made by the learned Advocate General was accepted that the first phase of the sewerage treatment plant would be fully operational by May 2016 and the second sewerage treatment plant at the same place would be fully operational on or before 31 December 2016. The learned Additional Government Advocate states that the order passed in PILWP No.3 of 2016 stands fully complied with except there is a delay of 28 days in respect of the dead line for the first phase. We accept the statement. The same is also stated on oath in the application. The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of by condoning the delay of 28 days in completing the first phase of sewerage treatment plant as it is stated that the entire project is now fully operational.
