The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner approached the Mamlatdar under the provisions of the Mamlatdars' Courts Act. The proceedings were allowed. The further proceedings taken out by the respondents were dismissed. Still, the order passed by the Mamlatdar is not executed. Some symbolical demolition was carried out only on paper.

The orders passed by the Mamlatdar under the provisions of Mamlatdars' Courts Act are executable. The petitioner is at liberty to st February 2023
