Mr. Rao, the learned counsel for the appellant submits that in view of the death of the respondent/accused, the appeal against acquittal, would be rendered infructuous. In such circumstances, the Criminal appeal is disposed of as infructuous.

2. The learned counsel for the appellant seeks time to produce the death certificate on rerecord. The office shall permit the production of the death certificate within one week.
