1. Heard Ms. T. Mashelkar, learned Counsel for the applicant and Ms. Ramona Prazares, learned Counsel for respondents No.1 and 2.

2. This is an application for substitution of service under Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of CPC by summons/notice for serving respondent Nos.4 and 5, in a local daily newspaper. The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant wishes to publish the notice in the local daily newspaper "The Goan".

3. Said respondent Nos.4 and 5 were proceedings ex-parte before the trial Court. The notices issued to them returned unserved with the endorsement that the persons are not traceable. The last endorsement 10th January, 2024

MCA 11 of 2024 shows that the said respondents are residing abroad. The application stands allowed. Notice be published in the local daily newspaper "The Goan".
