1. Heard Mr. Phadate learned counsel for the Applicant.

2. The challenge in the present revision is to the order dated 18.12.2021 passed on the application for rejection of the plaint under Order VII Rule 11(b) of the Civil Procedure Code (C.P.C. For short).

3. An Application was filed for rejection of the plaint on the ground that the suit has been undervalued.

4. Mr. Phadate now submits that since there is no order passed by the Court directing the Plaintiff to value the property appropriately, he seeks leave to withdraw the present revision with the liberty to approach the concerned Civil Court by filing an appropriate application in this regard.

5. Considering the above request, Applicant is permitted to withdraw the present revision with the liberty to take appropriate steps with regard to his arguments of undervaluation. Accordingly, revision stands dismissed as withdrawn with the above liberty. BHARAT P. DESHPANDE, J.
