The above petition challenges an order dated 10th November 2022 passed by the Director of Panchayats, Panaji transferring the appeal bearing No. DDPN/Nerul/Bar/6/2012 from the Court of the Deputy Director of Panchayats,(North) to the Court of the Deputy Director of Panchayats, South.

2. After matter was argued for some time, the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner, on taking instructions, has sought leave to withdraw the above petition. However, the Petitioner has requested the Court to issue a direction to Deputy 10th January, 2023

WP 30 of 2023 Director of Panchayats, (South) to expeditiously hear the above mentioned appeal.

3. In these circumstances, the above Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.

4. The Deputy Director of Panchayats, (South) is requested to hear the Appeal of the Petitioner herein, within a period of three months from today.
