Heard Mr. Pereira, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Ms. S. Mordekar, learned Addl. Government Advocate for Respondent Nos.1 and 2.

2. Ms. Mordekar on instructions states that the Deputy Collector of Dharbandora will dispose of the Petitioner's pending representation in relation to certain constructions/structures put up by Respondent No.3 as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of three months from today. She states that the Deputy Collector will give hearing to both the representative of the Respondent No.3 as well as the Petitioner and thereafter dispose of the representation.

3. The aforesaid statement is accepted and the petition is disposed of. It is made clear that all contentions of all the parties are left open to be decided by the said Deputy Collector.

4. All concerned to act on the basis of the authenticated copy of this order.
