This Application is filed on behalf of the Goa Investment Promotion and Facilitation Board seeking ten weeks' time to comply with the order dated 5 March 2018. The Application was filed on 20 April 2018.

Ten weeks time has since then passed.

Today, when the Application comes up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate, on instructions from the OSD, Goa IPB who is present in the Court, states that if time till 30 November 2018 is granted, then the Board will not ask for further time. He States that an Additional

2 mca639-18-10 -09-18 Affidavit of the Chief Executive Officer of the Board will be filed during the course of the day. The learned Counsel for the original Petitioner states that she has no objection to the above request, however, the outcome be informed to the original Petitioner. 2.

Accordingly extension is granted till 30 November 2018. Outcome of the exercise will be informed to the original Petitioner. 3.

Application stands disposed of.
