Shri V.P. Tali, the learned counsel for the appellants submits that the appellants have already filed necessary applications before the designated Authority for settlement of the matter. He submits that in terms of the scheme, Appellant has undertaken to withdraw these appeals. Accordingly, on instructions, he seeks leave to withdraw these appeals.
