Mr. Shetye has grievances against Order dated 29.05.2019 made by the GCZMA.

According to us, the aforesaid grievance cannot be made by filing an application in a petition which is already disposed of by Order dated 29.05.2019. If at all the Petitioner has any grievance against the Order dated 29.05.2019, it is open to the Petitioner to take out independent proceedings to question the same. 4.

Therefore, without going into the merits and by granting

the liberty as aforesaid, we dispose of this Miscellaneous Civil Application.
