The only prayer sought for by the petitioner is for getting certified copy of the Judgment and Order. The petition was adjourned and the learned Counsel for the petitioner states that certified copy has been received, however, there are certain defects in the same. We would have not otherwise entertained such petition invoking the extraordinary jurisdiction of this court, but since the petitioner has stated that the petitioner is a senior citizen we had called upon the State to look into his grievance. 2.
