Heard Shri Teles, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. Considering the order impugned of the learned Trial Judge, I find that there is no jurisdictional error which would call for interference by this Court in the petition under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution at this stage. But, however, the petitioner, if so entitled, may take appropriate steps on the subject contentions, in accordance with law. Liberty also to the petitioner to challenge the impugned order in case any adverse order is passed against the petitioner at the time of the final disposal of the suit on merits.
