Heard Mr. Nigel Da Costa Frias, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. A. N. S. Nadkarni, learned Advocate General appearing for the respondent nos. 2 and 3.

2. During the course of the hearing of the above Writ Petition, Mr. Nadkarni, learned Advocate General appearing for the respondent nos. 2 and 3 has produced a show cause notice dated 04.02.2015 inter-alia disclosing that the action is being taken by the local panchayat - respondent no.1 in respect of the grievances raised by the petitioner. As the action is being initiated by an appropriate authority, we find that the grievances of the petitioner have been substantially redressed. Needless to say that the respondent no.1

WP/80/2015 shall proceed to decide the said show cause notice in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible and in any event preferably within six months from today.
