Heard Mr. T. Gawas, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. C. A. Coutinho, the learned counsel for the respondent no.1-Secretary of Village Panchayat of Utorda Majorda Calata.

Mr. C. A. Coutinho, the learned counsel for the respondent no.1 stares that the show cause notice referred to in our order dated 1/10/2019 (para 6) will be disposed of on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of 10 days from today.
