3. Misc. Civil Application is disposed of.

4. Issue notice in First Appeal No.184/2006 to the newly added 16th October, 2023

MCA 38 of 2023 Respondents No.28(i) to 28(x), returnable in four weeks. These Respondents may be served in addition to the regular modes of service by Registered Post and by humadast.
