By this application, the applicant prays that the amount of Rs.2.00 lakhs out of the mount of Rs.2,92,200/- deposited by the original appellant be permitted to be withdrawn.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent states that the applicant is entitled to an amount of Rs.2.00 lakhs only. Accordingly, the application is allowed by permitting the applicant to withdraw the amount of Rs.2.00 lakhs only. Balance amount of Rs.92,200/- along with accrued interest be refunded back to the original appellant-respondent herein. The civil application is accordingly disposed of.
