2. Though Shri D. Pangam, learned Advocate appearing for the original petitioner has seriously disputed, the correctness of the grounds raised by the petitioner in the application for extension of time, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, as pointed out by Shri Pangam, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, we find that the question of granting any extension of time as prayed by the applicant did not at all arise.

3. Be that as it may, as last opportunity 10 days time is

MCA/7/2017 extended to comply with the directions strictly in compliance with the directions issued in the judgment dated 14.9.2016. It is made clear that no further extension shall be granted to comply with such directions in any circumstances.

4. The application stands disposed off.
